Get a beautiful body with the ‘10-minute Girls’ Generation exercise
On an episode of Star King, Girls’ Generation’s personal trainer, Kim JiHoon, revealed on how you can have a body as sexy and fit within 10 minutes just like his girls.
He started: “Just by following what I do, anyone can have leg-lines as pretty as Girls’ Generation’s.” Jihoon said that in such a confident way don’t you think? He showed to the audience the ”10-minute Girls’ Generation’ exercise,” which includes 4 minutes of shaking, 3 minutes combos, 2 minutes side knee kick and 1 minute hot hoping. Sounds easy, well not quite!
Tiffany, Jessica, Sunny and HyoYeon were also with JiHoon on the same episode of Star King. They performed the exercises mentioned by their trainer.
Certainly, if these 10 minute exercise will do the trick to have similar leg lines as Girls’ Generation, then it’s worth the risk trying it! I wish I have a personal trainer to like Girls’ Generation!
