Being the star and idol in many eyes of the public, you expect them to be on top of the social hierarchy but the reality is, not everyone has the social factor as you may think.Although on variety shows, your biased idol may seem like the most approachable guy ever but beyond the walls of the studio this is evidently not the case. And to reflect those idols who are “popular” and have maintained a large social network across the entertainment industry, I present you, my list of Idols who I think have large social networks.
Brian Joo (solo), The clown
Over the years, Brian has become popular receiving a mammoth recognition for his great fashion sense, multitude of personalites and of course, his great skills in singing and dancing. With this said, it has allowed him to venture throughout all fields within the entertainment industry which has broadened his experience and of course his friends. In the past, he has been known to have relations to a series of Hollywood actors.
Nicole (KARA), The Social Queen
Nicole’s fans love her for her unique charms. Her funny yet amusing explanations and her cute and confident smile is what makes her the social queen. She is able to approach every idol with the intention to be-friend them some of which includes, 2AM Jinwoon, Miss A’s Min and SHINee’s Key.
Leeteuk (Super Junior), The Big Brother
Leeteuk’s caring and cheerful personality always brightens up the atmosphere and that’s what makes him so lovable in varying aspects. Correspondingly, because he is one of the older idols, he manages to take care of him younger idols, guiding what to do and what not. This makes him an ideal person to approach thus allowing him to develop a large social network.
Jaesuk (MC), The comedian
Jaesuk, aka ‘grasshopper’, is indeed one of Korea’s top comedians and MC’s. His very friendly and engaging personality is a key element that makes his career so successful, allowing him to interact with a wide range of people. In the past he has worked with famous names such as Girls Generation, DBSK, Big Bang, Hyori and with his ongoing success it is believe his career will continue to prosper.
Goo Hara (KARA), The Outgoing Girl
With Hara’s cute doll face and her funny and outgoing personality, who wouldn’t want to get to know her more! Becoming a member of Invincible Youth has further allowed her to establish a large network. As of now, she is currently dating BEAST member, Yoon Junhyung.
Rain (Solo), The International hallyu star
He’s a singer, dancer, actor and an international hallyu star. Rain’s amazingly, inspiring skills and dedicated fans implies that he possesses one of the most recognizable faces in the world. Evidently, throughout his successful career, it has allowed him to hit big time with ‘Ninja Assassin’ and created a ‘name’ for himself as on of the most prominent faces across the world.
Heechul (Super Junior), The Social King
It can be confidently concluded that Heechul is the biggest social king! His career as a singer and DJ has allowed him to meet new people and nonetheless has created himself a title as the Social King alongside Nicole who is the Social Queen.
Seungri (Big Bang), The Confident Boy
Seungri possesses an aspiring and confident personality which of course, brings him success and much popularity within the social community. In the past, he has been linked with IU, KARA’s Nicole and BEAST’s Hyunseung.
Sandara (2NE1), The Quirky Queen
Dara is greatly known for her cute and caring personality and crazy styles, which earns her respect and love from her Blackjacks. Although she is not as popular in the entertainment community like those listed above, it can be concluded that she has one of the biggest fan base on numerous social sites.
Sooyoung (SNSD), SM’s Big Sister
Sooyoung is not just known for her beauty, but her big heart. Her confident and caring personality is why she is known to be the big sister of SNSD. With her outgoing personality, it has allowed her to confidently approach rookies and other idols without the fear of being rejected.
