JYJ Junsu finds Kikwang and Doojoon similar to his members

Recently, JYJ’s Junsu has revealed the close relationship between him and Kikwang and Doojoon from B2ST through Twitter. On the last day of September, Junsu had tweeted his dongsaeng Doojoon, “Doojoon-ah~ While I was looking at you and Kikwang today, laughter came out for some reason.” And adorably, Doojoon and replied, “Father’s laughter?”, to which his member Kikwang had chimed in with his confusion, “Why laughter? How come I’m the only one who doesn’t understand?”, while Junsu had replied, “You two just… how should I say this… remind me of my members?” Netizens who had saw the adorable friendship between the three had responded, “B2ST and JYJ seem good together. But, who is Jaejoong and who is Yoochun?”, “Junsu always had a cute image, so it’s a little awkward to hear his laughter referred to as ‘father’s laughter’,” and “It’s nice to see such a warm sunbae-hoobae relationship.” Hmm, I’m also wondering who’s Jaejoong and who’s Yoochun…or did he include Changmin and Yunho…? Siwon praised once again for his amazing acting in Poseidon

Siwon from Super Junior has been focusing a lot on his acting career lately, and looks like his hard work and talent is definitely seen. After much praises from fans and the media, the production team of “Poseidon” has also spoken up towards Siwon’s perfect acting. The production team had stated, “Choi Siwon, who acted as one of the main characters Kim Sun-Woo in ‘Poseidon’, delivered perfectly, which is a huge source of power for the producting team. Choi Siwon also has a lot of charisma that has yet to be delivered, so we hope that the audience will continue to be interested in us~”. While on the other hand, Siwon himself has also praised his fellow actor hyungs, Lee Sung Jae and Lee Si Young, “Sung Jae-hyung is a senior who makes one feel safe. He gave me many good suggestions, and also said many interesting jokes, which are very helpful to my acting. Si Young-noona’s personality allowed the filming to take place with a light atmosphere, but sometimes I would become her sandbag for practicing fighting, so I’m more sad during those times~” Well, watch out, guys! 4minute’s Sohyun has a boyfriend?! She just revealed a photo with her tall, cute, milky-white…furry boyfriend on Twitter. No, not boyfriend. It’s just an over-sized teddy bear. Along with the photo, she tweeted, “A teddy bear at my size. This little brat is tall!” She is seen to be wearing a black elegant dress, hugging her new friend closely. The adorable photo caught attention from the netizens who commented, “Looking great as a couple!”, “Wow! Adorable. Always loved teddy bears like that”, and “What a strong boyfriend you have Sohyun, envying you.” If I were a boy, I would have envied the teddy.

YoonA and UEE voted to be the best looking in army uniform

From September 7th to September 29th, Sedu got a total of 511 votes for one of their surveys to celebrate Armed Forces Day. The question was “Who is the female idol star who would look best in army uniforms?” SNSD’s YoonA and After School’s UEE were placed 1st and 2nd respectively for the survey. YoonA had a total of 162 votes which was nearly 32% and UEE received 132 votes which represented 25/8% of the total 511 votes. A Sedu representative stated, “YoonA and UEE who took 1st and 2nd place have a common factor. Both of them are the center of their group’s activities, and both have well-proportioned body as YoonA has a height of 167cm, and UEE at a height of 171cm. They also had a lot of experience in wearing uniforms for their activities and are also successful in their singing and acting activities.” Yay! Congratulations to both the girls! I loved YoonA wearing her military outfit in ‘Genie’. I’m interested who else made the list!

Yet Another New SHINee Lucifer PV teaser!

So maybe this one isn’t like the “SMent official release”, but it’s good enough so we can see our boys’ new Lucifer Japanese PV a little more. When the song first came out, I didn’t like it too much at all. Words were squeezed in there pretty badly and it just sounds pretty weird. But hey, with the new “teaser” that is basically from a Japanese media report, I’m really starting to love this. The outfits are really cool, the setting is super awesome, and our SHINee is just…AMAZING. So well, check this out yourself and make sure you fall in love with them once again.

MBLAQ‘s G.O. has shared another photo with actress Park Bo Young, revealing their close friendship. On September 28th, G.O. uploaded the above photo and tweeted, Bo Young, you’ve been through a lot.” Sporting stylish sunglasses and sweaters, the two appear to be at the airport, either in Korea or Peru. The two had been in Peru as volunteers who helped build new bathrooms for a school. Netizens wrote, “Did you have a good time in Peru?”, “I guess they got close during the volunteer work period”, and “Show us your faces without sunglasses.” It’s nice that the two friends were able to spend some time together while doing volunteer work!

MBLAQ is the first KPOP idol group to appear on Brazilian TV

MBLAQ has received the honor of being the first group of kpop idols to be broadcast-ed on Brazilian TV. The purpose of their appearance is because MBLAQ participated in the KPOP specialty program on Heji TV called “Leitura Dinamica.” Also, because the MBC auditions. MBLAQ got to meet the famous MC Henatta and Brazil’s representative rock band. They had to travel a 26 hour plan ride to reach San Paolo, but were rewarded with the enormous K-Pop wave they were met with. Fan from Brazil, Peru, Bolivia, and other countries came to see the boys. The KPOP wave was proved to be a talented bunch when 180 teams came to the offline audition- roughly about 900 people. The broadcast will take place on September 29th at 11:05PM KST.

How to prevent fan wars from forming

Okay we hear and SEE a lot of fan wars when someone bash someone others favorite idol or mv or song or anything from them. And then the other part starts to defend hers/his idol and fight back, by bashing the first one’s idol.. etc, etc.. These all could be easily prevented. First the one who bashed first, he/she has a right to say his/her own opinion, but it could be said in a nice way that no one would loose their control. But sometimes I see that, that one person says that he/she doesn’t like the mv in a nice way and then someone who likes the mv, starts bash the person for not liking it. That isn’t seriously the reason why fans should create wars between other fans! Come on! The easiest way to prevent these is, my personal favor, to not start to bash anyone! Try to stay cool and not to get yourself involved to the bashing. Even if I see someone say something rude from my bias I usually shut up and don’t say anything, because of course I would become angry and all and our minds doesn’t work like they usually would work then. So that means we loose our control when we are angry and we say a lot of things that we don’t mean (I hope so) and that happens at the other party too and then some other fans joins to the party and there we have it: a nice juicy fan war -.- Or of course if that happens that you say you don’t like the mv (or what ever you don’t like) in a nice way and that other fan start to bash you, say to her/him that you are just saying your own opinion and nothing else period and try not to continue the conversation. And if you get angry about the fans bashing, just close your computer and calm down before you answer to her/him. What do you think about this? Could there be a better way of preventing fan wars?

Photos of BEAST‘s Kikwang filming for his new drama, MBC‘s “I’m a Flower Too”, is gaining attention from netizens. On September 29th, the drama’s official Twitter uploaded photos from the recording that took place on the 26th. One of the photos includes Kikwang sporting a bowl cut and dark-rimmed glasses, giving him the appearance of a young and cute student. The picture is very contrasting to his charismatic image on stage, garnering interest from netizens. ‘I’m a Flower, Too” will air its first episode sometime this November.

Super Junior’s Sungmin shows off picture taken with Heechul

Super Junior’s Sungmin updated ELFs on his recent activities and gave everyone a nice little present in the process. Sungmin took two pictures, one with member Donghae and another with Heechul, who is back from his one month long training. Sungmin wrote, “During a schedule with Donghae..k Heenim is doing very well. ^^ hehe He returned today from military basic training camp. ^^ I missed you . ㅠㅅㅠ”

Sungmin looks pretty happy to see Heechul, who is for some reason covering up his mouth. Heechul certainly looks well and I’m sure that everyone besides Sungmin missed Heechul! Wonder if Sungmin went to pick Heechul up!

F.T Island’s MV Shoot Stopped Because of their Behavior

There has been a complaint against the F.T Island boys this week for their ‘disrespectful behavior‘ and it’s become a hot issue online. On the 29th September the boys were out on the new set of their MV and they had hired a car from a owner who soon wrote a series of complaints about the boys behavior and the way they treated his property. In the end he even asked them to stop filming so he could leave with his car. The owner of the car wrote “After receiving notice that my car was wanted in F.T. Island’s music video, I rushed to the scene with a happy heart. But once filming actually began, the singers climbed on top of the car and treated it however they wanted to, stepping on it and acting like it was some toy.” He also said “One member even asked me, ‘How much is this?, $50,000 USD?’, ‘It doesn’t seem like it costs much, let’s buy one too.’ Even if it’s just a used car that costs $50,000 USD, a car is special to its owner. How could they get on top of the car and jump on it while the owner was watching like that? I had to ask that they stop filming, took the car, and left.” The director of the music video, Kim Eun Yoo responded to the new controversy over the car on his twitter by writing “The members merely followed what was written in the script for the music video. We explained to the car’s owner that there was a scene where the members had to climb on to the top of the car and received his permission. The next day, he asked for an additional fee to compensate for treating his car roughly. Now that a picture from the scene has been leaked along with a post hating on the singers, we feel deeply disappointed.” What do you think of this? I think the car owner should of looked at what the director had said the car would be used for, I’m sure the boys wouldn’t of damaged the car at all! I hope F.T Island will not be hated on anymore because of this.

SNSD’s album cover for The Boys revealed!

After revealing the teasers for the nine girls, SNSD has now unveiled the album cover for their third album, “The Boys”! We get to see all nine girls in their regal outfits and poses and it seems that the poses are different from what we’ve seen in their individual teasers. They are seen in black-and-white pictures, giving it a more vintage look. Keep on the lookout for the music video teaser, set to be released on October 1! Ooh, this is quite beautiful…and fairy-like.

We haven’t been able to see much action from SHINee since they’re preparing for their upcoming Japanese album release of Lucifer, but after JJong’s star call, we won’t be able to say that anymore! The video starts off pretty blurry, but progressively clears up enough to decipher Jonghyun’s handsome face!

We don’t know which couples have been confirmed for the popular variety show, but neither does anybody else! (Except the cast and producers of ‘We Got Married’) The PD for the variety show has revealed that three couples have been confirmed for the show! He stated, “Yes, three couples are confirmed, but I cannot reveal them at the moment. I know problems will arise if I reveal who they are, so I will wait until they actually start filming.” It’s been said that even the artists cast don’t know who their partner will be for the show, because of the fact that the producers wanted the make their reactions at the first meet as realistic as possible. Netizens are on the edge of their seats waiting for the new couples, and I have to say that I’m one included. I hope they’ll be wonderful couples to take place of the Adams and Khuntoria couples who have had to say their good-byes.

Big Bang asks fans to vote for them for MTV European Awards

Big Bang has released a video on their official Youtube account asking fans to give them support for their nomination under the “World Wide Act Asia Pacific Nominees” category for the upcoming 2011 MTV Europe Music Awards. Speaking in English, the members expressed their happiness in being nominated for such a huge award and being apart of a global event. Kim Hyun Joong to release new album + make a comeback on the screen next year

KeyEast Entertainment has confirmed that Kim Hyun Joong will be releasing a second album and also hinted about the star’s comeback on the screen next year. They recently released a statement saying, “Work on his second album has been completed about halfway. It is going to be released in October and there will be a fan meeting as well as a concert in Japan and other Asian countries. He should be very busy traveling around Asia until December”. They added, “Kim Hyunjoong is getting closer to the fans by being active as a singer. He shows greed in his album so we will concentrate on Asia this year. He should return as an actor next year”. Currently, Kim Hyun Joong is visiting Japan and China for concerts and other events. He caught the attention of numerous media reporters during his visit in Hong Kong, even making news for his airport fashion.

INFINITE’s Woohyun reveals why they cried during their 1st win on a music program

INFINITE‘s Woohyun made an appearance on SBS‘s ‘Strong Heart’ and revealed the reason behind the group’s tears during their 1st victory on a music program. Tittling his story ‘Be My House” (a spin off the title of their hit song, “Be Mine”), Woohyun shocked everyone when he revealed that his dorm since his trainee days had actually been the house of the CEO of Woollim Entertainment. The house was spacious for the CEO alone but he brought in 12 trainees to live with him so the house was home to a total of 13 people. Woohyun explained that the house is not luxurious as the title ‘home of a CEO’ makes it sound. The house did not have an entry way so if the front door was slightly open, the whole house would be of view to those outside so the members could not walk around comfortably in their boxers. The house could not handle bad weather conditions as the heater often broke down and when it rained, water would seep into the house and ruin the wall paper and cement. The CEO had made a promise to INFINITE that if they were able to place top 3 on a music program with “Be Mine”, he would get them a new dorm. Woohyun stated, “But when we came back, we had to face off against sunbaes like T-ara, 2NE1, miss A, and Super Junior. Really tough competition… so we wondered if we could really place in the top 3. But finally last week, we achieved 1st place!! We were so incredibly happy and ended up sobbing uncontrollably on stage.” Unable to retain his excitement, Woohyun exclaimed, “From what I heard, we have marble floors in the living room, there are two bathrooms, there’s an elevator, and there’s even a front door man and security guard who can receive our packages for us!!”, causing everyone to cheer and be happy with him. Concluding his talk segment, Woohyun showed off his dance moves as a member of the 2nd generation of ‘Boom Academy’, with the current members Boom, Leeteuk, and Eunhyuk.

Rookie boy group Boyfriend is gearing up for what seems to be their upcoming return to the KPOP scene after debuting earlier this spring with “Boyfriend”. Member Kwangmin’s new haircut, though, only proves that there is much for fans to be excited about! Kwangmin is seen sporting a new, shorter haircut and the caption that came with it read, “He changed! How? Only look at me me~and your eyelashes fall to your man~! Heechul reveals his thoughts about the military in recent interview

Super Junior’s Kim Heechul enlisted in the military just earlier this month, but he already has quite a lot of things to say. Kim Heechul shared his thoughts and feelings about the military in a recent interview! The interview questions him on what his favorite part of military training is, to why he has a picture of Wonder Girl’s Sohee in his closet! After the questions, he revealed that he constantly thinks about his friends, family, fans, and fellow members of Super Junior, which made him thankful for all he has. 2PM’s Taecyeon is back to school

It’s been a while now, but looks like 2PM’s Taecyeon is back to school as he was spotted at his university. From the picture, Taecyeon can be seen wearing a very casual look, as if trying to blend in with his fellow classmates. Unfortunately, he failed to blend enough, as his classmates gathered around him shyly, asking for his autography. Aside from that, a caption was inserted saying, “It’s been a while since Ok Taecyeon went to school, and he’s busy giving out autographs” It’s really great to see that Taecyeon is back to school. I, somewhat, pity celebrities because they have to be absent in school for a long period of time to handle their careers. But hey, Taecyeon is back learning, so I guess we should all be proud of him! miss A’s Chinese version of Bad Girl Good Girl unveiled!

Recently, miss A has been preparing for their new Chinese album coming up soon, and after the song “Breathe” in Chinese has been revealed, looks like another one of their greatest hits, (and debut song), “Bad Girl Good Girl” has also been unveiled! In the video (or Taiwanese radio show, rather), you can hear miss A’s strong vocals while Jia and Fei handles lots of the lyrics. (surprise, surprise) They sound just as amazing in Chinese as they did in Korean, and I seriously can’t wait to get my hands on that album that is supposed to come out at like the 30th of September!!! Hangeng & SM Entertainment reach a mutual agreement

The long legal battle between Hangeng and SM Entertainment has finally come to a close as both sides have settled on a mutual agreement. It was previously revealed that Hangeng had withdrawn his countersuit against SM Entertainment’s appeal to overturn the judge’s decision that ruled in favored of Hangeng. On September 27th, legal representatives of both sides released a statement saying, “Hangeng and SM have amicably settled on a mutual agreement, and the lawsuit was able to come to a close after Hangeng submitted his ‘Notice of Withdrawal of Appeal’.” They added, “For the time being, Hangeng will continue to be active in China, and plans regarding his activities in Korea have not yet been decided.” They concluded, “Please understand that according to the settlement, we cannot release any more details about the case.” Hangeng will continue his exclusive contract with SM Entertainment, but it is unknown whether he will be returning as a member of Super Junior.

SHINee Unleashes Second Teaser for Lucifer!

Japanese SHAWOLs are eagerly waiting for the release of SHINee’s third Japanese single, “Lucifer“. The first music video teaser was released a few days ago and was enough to get fangirls screaming their heads off. Now, EMI has unleashed the second video teaser for the track! While the first teaser only shows the members vigorously dancing in water, we can see SHINee’s signature ‘handcuff’ choreography that we all know and love in this version. A radio rip of the full version of “Lucifer” was uploaded a few days ago as well. Check it out here. After seeing both of the teasers, I can’t wait for the full music video to be released!

Idols who will be missed while in the miliary

So as you may all know, recently Heechul enlisted into the military. This is so sad, but eventually all of our idols will be missing for 2 years. It’s hard to think about it now, but when it happens, it can be very sad. Most of us may not think about it until it happens. There are so many great idols out there that will be missed or are being missed right now. Here is a list of idols that will be and/or are missed while in the military, in no particular order. Super Junior’s Leeteuk:

Of course, Heechul is not in the military, but part of the public service due to his past injuries, but nevertheless he will be missed for the next 2 years. He was so playful and so adorable. It will be a sad two years without him, but when these years are over, it will be such a happy time.

SHINee’s Key: key Okay, so he isn’t enlisting anytime soon, I’m assuming. But he is such a loved idol and so unique/special. I feel that when he enlists, it will also be another tough two years for fans. He has this style and personality that fans love and it would be missed greatly.

G-Dragon: gdragon He seems to be a very big idol! I am I huge G-Dragon fan, and I am going to be very torn when he leaves as well, but he isn’t enlisting just yet! I feel that G-Dragon is another unique idol who has very good style that many VIP’s love. But I guess on the bright side, he can pull off his short hair very well! ^^ But seriously, it’s so sad to see idols go. Now, there are plenty more idols that belong on this list, but I tried to keep this short and sweet, so I picked 5 idols. I could go on forever with this huge list of all these amazing idols! I guess I’ll add on that I will very much miss Lee Joon, Lee Honki, Jang Geun Suk, Kim Hyun Joong, TOP, Taecyeon, as well as many others! Are there any idols that you think should belong on this list? Name them! I’m sure I’ll agree with you and have probably thought about them when making this list! Rain: rain Rain is a very big idol. I feel that his loss is very significant. I can’t wait for him to come back, and he hasn’t even left yet. He is soon though. *Sad* Good news is that it seems he will possibly be negotiating with project offers he has received from Hollywood when he is discharged, so that is something to look forward to.

Brown Eyed Girls’ three-part high note garners attention

Brown Eyed Girls made their comeback with “Sixth Sense” and have gathered many attention from the public not only because of their new concept, choreography, and song but also because of their three-part high note. The girls finished all their comeback stages and Jea, Gain, and Narsha sang the high notes which ranks to be five and a half levels. They made it seem very effortless compared to others. Mariah Carey is one of the most popular stars who is able to sing high notes in her song “Emotions“. Jea, Gain, and Narsha connected the high note one after the other. I really like the fact that she took the request from her senior actors rather than turning it down. The uncle fans were so funny as they went wild! I’m really excited to see her in this historical drama!

Brown Eyed Girls’ Narsha wears a watch worth $25K

Brown Eyed Girls‘ Narsha recently posted a picture of herself in her Twitter account with a very expensive looking watch on her wrist. As you can see from the picture, Narsha is on her ‘Sixth Sense‘ outfit while relaxing in her waiting room. Aside from that, she is seen wearing an extravagant watch on her wrist. She wrote “This bad boy right here…is worth more than my house. Every time I move my wrist, I get shivers.” It was reported that this premium brand watch cost approximately $25,000 USD! I’m a bit surprise that she bought a watch costing in a very big amount. I wonder why she didn’t buy any other watch. Perhaps a company loaned it to her to advertise the watch? It does look really good on her. She seems to look now like a rich businesswoman! Personally, I would like to have an extravagant watch like that, but then I don’t have that big amount of money. Might as well stick to my old watch!

Hongki’s hair is on fire

F.T. Island’s Hongki recently posted a rather interesting and funny picture online. Hongki posted on Twitter the picture with a caption, “Why do I always get these type of pictures taken of me?” In the picture, Hongki is rocking the performance onstage. He’s seen jumping and hair going crazily. In that particular angle, the fire effect on stage makes it seem like Hongki’s hair is on fire. Netizens commented, “Can I laugh? JYJ’s Junsu heartbroken when listening to TVXQ’s “Don’t Say Goodbye”

JYJ’s Junsu recently revealed his feelings when he listened to TVXQ’s “Don’t Say Goodbye“. Junsu said that the lyrics of the song sang, “We won’t let go of each other’s hearts and overcome everything. Cause you are my everything to me.” He continued, “It’s a song that I liked a lot. I randomly listened to it for the first time in a while. But this song feels unfamiliar to me now. It hurts my heart…” The song was in TVXQ’s 4th album, “Mirotic” when all 5 members were in the group. The song is about the moment between a breakup of a couple. My heart is heartbroken too. I really hope the 5 of them can come together.

SNSD reveals Sunny’s and Hyoyeon’s teasers!

SNSD is making a comeback with their third album, “The Boys”, and after seeing leader Taeyeon reveal her teaser, it’s time for Sunny and Hyoyeon to show off their stuff! Sunny takes on a Red Riding Hood look while Hyoyeon has quite the fairy look going on. Seems like there will be some sort of fairy tale theme going on. Thoughts?

Yoseob shares selca revealing his new adorable hairstyle!

Recently, popular boy group Beast’s main singer Yoseob has revealed a new series selca through twitter, showing off his new, adorable hairstyle to his fans B2UTIES. In the photos, Yoseob is seen posing cutely at the camera, with his milky skin and big, round eyes. His hair is in black as usual, but this time with bangs (and judging from what I see, it’s a mushroom cut). Other than his hair, his cute expressions and aegyo had impressed many fans and received quite some praises. Fans that saw the photo had responded, “Yoseob is too adorable!”, “Love everything about Yoseob”, and “That hairstyle reminds me of Dongho from U-Kiss“. The name Simon Dominic isderived from the combination of “Simon Pheonix” (Wesley Snipes character in the film Demolition Man) and Saint Dominic (baptism name) but now goes by 쌈디/Ssamdi for short. He may look tough but he does show his emotions when it comes to talking about Lady Jane, who is his girlfriend and they have been dating since 2007. Han Geng files appeal dismissal towards SM Entertainment’s appeal regarding lawsuit

Back at the closing of 2009, Han Geng filed a lawsuit against SM Entertainment in regards to his slave contract with the company. Because of the lawsuit, Han Geng withdrew from Super Junior and started anew, this time as a soloist in China. Last year, he won the lawsuit, which meant his contract was nullified, but SM Entertainment sought to overturn the decision by filing an appeal. However, news has broken out that Han Geng and his lawyers have filed to dismiss the appeal drawn up by SM Entertainment. Han Geng and his lawyers had applied for an appeal dismissal of SM’s appeal. Han Geng had decided to terminate his long contract thanks to poor working conditions, few breaks, and harsh penalties. When he filed the lawsuit, he mentioned, “Due to unreasonable penalties upon breaking the rules of the contract, I was forced to maintain the schedules given to me. SM Entertainment had complete advantage over the contract which asked for 13 years of service.” The courts have yet to approve of Han Geng’s motion to dismiss the appeal, but if he is successful, then the lawsuit can come to an end. Looks like SM is still dragging out this lawsuit. Will it end soon?

Taeyeon’s concept picture for SNSD’s 3rd album “The Boys” unveiled!

Get ready, S♡NEs! It’s time for your favorite ladies to finally make their return to the Korean music stage! SNSD will indeed be back with their 3rd album, titled “The Boys”, on October 5th, with the title track released on the 4th. “The Boys” has been composed by Teddy Riley, who is notably known for working with Michael Jackson and for composing Rania’s “Dr Feel Good”. There will be two versions of the MV and song: a Korean version and an English version. In addition to this wonderful news, Taeyeon’s concept picture has been revealed. It leans toward a “Victorian Era” concept, where Taeyeon is dressed in a beautiful Victorian gown, complete with the fluffy, puffy sleeves. She is also seen carrying an apple. It seems like SNSD will drop the pure, innocent look this time around and take a page out of their Japanese themes. Then again, knowing SM Entertainment, the music video will hold a different concept. What do you their concept is this time around? I’m thinking fairytale-esque. It’s the apple, I tell you!
