f(x)’s Krystal has been praised for her great English skills in which she had showed off through MBC’s “High Kick, Short-Legged Counterattack” that aired on the 19th of September.
In the episode, Krystal had met a Korean-American on the plane, Julien Kang, who she had had a full conversation in English with, showing off her fluent English. Her “Hey, stupid” line had also become a classic of the conversation.
Netizens who had watched the scene had responded, “Singing, dancing, skating and now speaking English! Is there anything she can’t do?” and “Krystal definitely is a multi-entertainer.”
I’m not quite sure why the Netizens are so shocked with her English I mean it wasn’t that big of a deal when Jessica spoke English with Tiffany… But still, it feels pretty cool watching a Korean idol speak so fluently.
