The Wonder Girls finally came back to where they all began, to their homeland of South Korea. Their second album, Wonder World, dropped in stores and online on November 7th and as the girls will be promoting title track, Be My Baby, it seems like an English version of the song has been discovered!
The song actually can be bought in iTunes and it shows off the girls’ pretty good English. I’m not surprised - they did go into the American market in 2009 and will be starring in their first movie.
It’s quite catchy and I think it sounds better than the Korean version, perhaps. What’s also interesting that there are some Wonderfuls saying that the Wonder Girls’ English is better than SNSD’s English. Well, both groups can speak English well enough, but the Wonder Girls have been in the US for longer, so it’s a somewhat unfair comparison.
