The release date of SNSD’s third album “The Boys” is finally confirmed after being postponed earlier this month. The full album will be released on October 19th while the English version of “The Boys” will be released sometime in November. For fans who cannot wait that long, they can replay over and over again a small audio preview for the English version of “The Boys” which was revealed on Amazon.
I must admit that the English version sounds less intense than it was in the music video but the track no doubt sounds hot. I am a bit confused as to why Amazon would put a sample of the English version instead of the Korean version and say that the release date is October 18th when the English release is set for November - very misleading.
In related news, an additional music video teaser for “The Boys” will be released on the 17th. SNSD’s album “The Boys” as well as the corresponding music video will be released globally on the 19th (18th in the States), and the English audio version of “The Boys” will be released sometime in November through Interscope records.
