On October 15th, Super Junior’s Donghae celebrated his 25th birthday (26 in Korean age) with his fellow members. This year, Donghae’s birthday fell on the same day as the Asia Song Festival 2011, but despite their packed schedule, the group took some time to take a group photo in celebration of his birthday.
Leader Leeteuk uploaded the above photo taken backstage and wrote, “Our beloved Donghae! Happy birthday! You were just a tiny kid during the third year of junior high school, but now you have become an cool dongsaeng Donghae ya I love you!♥”.
In the photo, the eight members of Super Junior are posing closely together, showing off their close friendship.
Not forgetting to thank his fans on this happy day, Donghae tweeted, “I was so happy for all day long! As (a member of) Super Junior, I’m thankful ! ELF I love you!!^^ Thank U GOD”.
Fans commented, “Such a happy family! It’s been 10years of friendship.. Keep going!”, and “Happy Birthday Fishy!”.
