On October 18th, SNSD released their third Korean album “The Boys”, as well as the English version of their title track of the same name. The girls have been making waves on the Korean music charts and it looks like they’ve gained attention in the U.S. with the English version of “The Boys” as well.
Radio host and TV personality, Ryan Seacrest, recently featured the girls’ new song on his website as the top story. The writer, Jen Erza, states that they “absolutely love” SNSD’s music video, and that the song is “a foot-stomping, head-crackin’, and girl-powered track sung by nine girls that everyone needs to hear.”
Shortly after the release of their album, SNSD managed to achieve an all-kill on Korean music charts. Additionally, at the time of this article, the song is placed #77 on the top 100 songs on iTunes, and #33 on the top Pop Songs on iTunes.
