Just when everybody thought that no more debuts could possibly happen in one more year, K-Pop proved everybody worng. Clinah, a new rock band under the management of Dino Entertainment, is adding their name to the long list of girl groups that debuted in 2011, and will release their very first album this week.
Unlike many girl groups in the K-Pop industry, Clinah hopes to showcase their talents with instruments and their various charms, instead of cute actions. Clinah will be debuting with their title track, “Come On Boy”, which comes off of their debut album, “We Are Clinah”. The album will be released on the 28th of October.
Officials of the agency commented, “Their title track incorporates guitar and electronic sounds, all making for a fast beat with an exciting melody. Clinah’s image is meant to be youthful and lovely so it all blends well together. They’re going to capture the hearts of rock fans and teenage fans alike.”
So, we know about the music, but who are the members? Clinah’s lead vocalist is Yuna. Their first guitar player is Rika and the second guitar player is Malja. Lastly, the drummer is Lee So Woon. Since these girls are cute and musically talented, having learned to compose and write songs under the direction of genius, Johnny Kim, this group is set to be a hit!
