Super Junior’s Sungmin shows off his wine decanting skills

Sungmin recently posted a video onto his blog revealing his skill for decanting wine. Fans of both Super Junior and Sungmin are pretty much aware of the fact that he loves to experiment and taste different wines. He has revealed in fact however, that this was his first experience in wine decanting, and fellow member Kyuhyun, Jonghan hyung, and teacher Kang Han Seon got to share the experience with him. Although all it looks like is Sungmin simply pouring the wine into the jar, it is actually much more then that. The process of wine decanting requires the wielder to light a candle or lamp, then proceed to slowly pour the wine into the decanter at a perpendicular angle to the candle. After 1/3 of the wine is gone, the wielder then must watch carefully for any sediment in the wine to prevent it from falling into the decanter.
